Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The return request is initiated via email or our contact form

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items marked as Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Email Us

Send your return request to support@guerrclo.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Await Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund or Exchange Processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Online Payments

Refunded to the original card, UPI, or wallet within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunded via bank transfer or UPI. You will be asked to provide your bank details upon approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention your preferred size or variant in your email.

Preorder Orders

Preorder items follow the same return policy as regular items, with the return window starting from the actual delivery date — not the order date.

If a preorder item is cancelled by GUERR before dispatch, a full refund will be issued automatically within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by emailing us at support@guerrclo.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — you may initiate a return upon delivery instead.
