All products displayed on our site are subject to availability. GUERR operates on a limited-drop and preorder model. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Product colors and textures may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration. We make every effort to represent products accurately.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GUERR reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of purchase confirmation.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or, for COD, upon dispatch confirmation).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, OTP verification is required at checkout. Failure to provide the correct OTP may result in cancellation of the order.

GUERR uses secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

Some products may be offered on a preorder basis. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and will be dispatched upon availability. Estimated dispatch timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Preorder payments are collected at the time of purchase. If a preorder is cancelled by GUERR, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are shipped across India via our logistics partners. Shipping timelines vary by location and are estimates only. GUERR is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate — GUERR is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information.

Our return and refund policy is governed by our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing from GUERR, you agree to the terms outlined therein.

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, product images, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of GUERR and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at support@guerrclo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

GUERR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

GUERR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
